“That I may publish with the voice of thanksgiving...” Psalm 26:7 Vol. 11, No. 4 April 2002 Dear Family of God: We have been and we continue in great and intense training, testing and tribulation for what God is preparing us to do. It does not really matter how long it takes. Will we continue doing what we have been called to do? So many give up when the timing is prolonged. What about the War over Terrorism? Do we understand how long this is going to continue? We have been so “instantized” in the last decade, most don’t even want to wait for the sun to come up every day. Business is the lifestyle. But if we neglect the Lord, look out; we will not be prepared even though He tarries. The Lord is very patient and kind to His people. It really takes us a long time to learn what He wants, I suppose because there is so much carnality in us to deal with. I know without a doubt or wavering that the Word of God will come to pass quickly even though it seems like a long delay. We feel that way because we are not spiritually minded enough of the time. Impatience is a work of the carnal flesh. I often get uptight for Sunday services because I truly expect great things from God, and I know the people want it as well. But inside my being, I just long to be in His presence in the congregation of the Saints. It is most glorious to see the Saints worshipping in spirit and truth. Sometimes the pressures of life keep us from entering in. But remember, the Father is seeking those who worship, have a lifestyle and live in the spirit & in truth. These are the ones receiving the outpouring of His Spirit. These are difficult days with hard battles to overcome. But there is precious fruit coming forth in the earth today in the people of God. The outpouring of His Spirit and Truth is evidence of the hour in which we live. Remember, Jesus is the one who overcame all to provide us for such a day as this. He is the one we will continue to look to and wait upon. Glory is rising on the people because the transformation process is coming to pass. In Christ,
