. . . My calling as a pastor Pastor’s Journal 2001 Dec. 3: “Jacob paid the price for his family three-times. For three years you have paid the price for Living Word, in the forth year will the blessings come.” Dec. 6: “The Lord wants to give you seven eyes to see with. (Rev. 5:6) The Spirit of wisdom, understanding, and counsel, might, knowledge, fear of the Lord and truth.” Dec. 7: Dear Lord, please place a division between your children and the world like you did for the children of Israel in the land of Goshen and the Egyptians. Dec. 8: There is a problem today with the church. Too many don’t understand caring for the poor. They are giving in to government programs to help the needy. We are to sell our worldliness and give to the poor “spiritual things.” If we sell out naturally, God will convert it spiritually. This produces effective ministry. “Poor” speaks of the spiritually needy. The poor naturally depend upon the government and society to care for them. The poor naturally depend on handouts from mankind. But Christians depend on spiritual manna to survive. To the degree we sell out to God determines the value of our ministry. Dec. 15: Send us a revival of righteousness, O Lord. Dec. 17: Jesus laid down his life so that he could take it up again. We must freely give our lives so no man can take it from us and the Father will love us like He loves Jesus. (John 10:17-18) Dec. 22: “Next year will be a year of “Fullness”. It will be a blessed time in the midst of evil and despair. I will come to My people and strengthen them for the power to be released in the earth, some to good and some to evil. But My Holy Remnant will overcome and be blessed.
