“That I may publish with the voice of thanksgiving...” Psalm 26:7

Vol. 12, No. 6 June 2003

Dear Family of God:

All that is taking place today is predicted in the Word of God.  However, we have not interpreted the scriptures relative to what is happening.  The church must wake up quickly to prepare the people for these days.  Great glory and great darkness are slowly but steadily taking place.  The great darkness is not difficult to identify.  The great glory is a different story.  People will identify the glory only as they are being changed from glory to glory.  This has been true for me these past few months.  As intricate and intense as these days have been, I am eternally grateful for the presence of the Lord that embraces me around and around my being, giving me the confidence that in Christ all is victorious.

Without the balanced Word of God we will quickly misunderstand the times and seasons of the Lord.  And that balance includes glory and darkness.  The Word of the Lord is relevant when led by the Spirit of Holiness among the people of God.

We are without a doubt being called to holiness and righteousness.  1 Th 4:7 (KJV) “For God hath not called us unto uncleanness, but unto holiness.”   The word “called” represents the name of God.  Can you imagine the kind of God the church represents today?  It certainly is not holy.  Holiness is character, integrity, and sanctification that reflects how a person lives and acts in all kinds of situations.  God wants to reveal more of His Glory to His church, but it will not happen until “Holiness” becomes the standard.

Isa 35:8 (KJV)  “And an highway shall be there, and a way, and it shall be called The way of holiness; the unclean shall not pass over it; but it [shall be] for those: the wayfaring men, though fools, shall not err [therein].”

Let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh to come into the holy nature of God.  We do this by accepting more and more of the life of Christ in us.  And that is the mark of change that God is looking for.  God the Father looks for nothing except what is of Christ Jesus.  There is no other way.  Jesus Christ is the only Way, the Truth, the Life. No man comes to the Father any other way.
