As we continually keep our minds on what the Lord is doing in us, we are soon going to discover a breakthrough that will absolutely astound us.  Because we are not letting our guard down (in our minds), the victory will be forthcoming.  But don’t just think about a victory, think about a “GREAT VICTORY.”  The Lord knows the limit of our warfare and battle.  He will not allow us to continue to fight without relief or we will be destroyed.  His faithfulness will not fail. 

You may not feel this way right now and are questioning if you should continue to stand during this battle.  But here is what the Lord spoke to my heart this very day, “Let us go up at once, and possess the land, for we are well able to overcome…”  The words “at once” tell us to “stir up for the recovery.”  Don’t get settled down for something less than what God wants to give you.  The word “possess” has a spiritual meaning: “to cast out and destroy so the Lord may possess your heart.”  Glory!  Isn’t that what all this is about, to come to the place where the Lord will possess all of your heart?  As long as there is anything carnal or fleshly operating in you, then  the enemy of your soul can still attack.  But when you are fully possessed by God there is nothing left for the enemy to attack. 

Now granted, there will continue to be those who do not believe this is possible and therefore will bring you down to their level, making you believe it isn’t worth the fight.  But brothers and sisters, be strengthened in the inner man: (Eph 3:16 KJV)  “That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man;”

This is the prayer of the Lord interceding in you during this special time. He is desiring a breakthrough for you and will grant it.  You just wait and see.
