. . . My calling as a pastor Pastor’s Journal 2002Jan. 1: Do all things without complaining and disputing. That you may become blameless and harmless, children of God without fault in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation. If by any means I might attain to the resurrection from the dead, I press on toward the prize of the high calling, which is in Christ Jesus. We must forget the things, which are behind and have this mind – Christ the Lord. Jan. 2: Year of Fulfillment Jan. 5: There is nothing left in this earthly realm to take delight. My delight comes only from the Lord through the cross. Jan. 8: “Be strong in the power of My Might.” Jan. 10: Deep calls unto deep at the noise of your waterfalls. All your waves and bellows have gone over me. The Lord will command His loving-kindness in the daytime and in the night. His song shall be with me. (Ps. 42:7-8) Jan. 11: “Endure the testings and trials of life and your faith will be steadfast in patience.” Jan. 13: “You are moving on to a land of promise, leave behind all that has been and go forward to a much greater blessing.” Jan. 14: “Love the brethren with a fervent love.” Jan. 15: “I will bring life again to My people, there shall they know that I am God. I will breathe life and they shall stand in My resurrection power and know that I am God.” Jan. 17: “Caitlyn is mine, I give her to you healed and whole.” Jan. 20: There is so much authority and power within my being. It is Christ. I must use it all according to the Spirit’s direction. O Lord, let me not use it according to my own will. If your people would recognize this power, so much would happen in the church.
