. . . My calling as a pastor Pastor’s Journal 2002 Apr. 1: One must deal with their issues with other people quickly. If one keeps holding on with anger, animosity, regrets or bitterness, one will be moved into demonic attacks that won’t be overcome. Once one has done all they know to do about an issue then let go and let God do the rest. Trust and confidence in God will bring intervention. It is the greatest weapon for freedom and liberty one can find and to be established in it. The darkness is quickly snuffing out the fire in many believers because they won’t let go. Who is truly in charge of your life? Is it God or self? Die to your own feelings of inferiority and stop trying to rule others by what you experience. Apr. 2: Sarcasm – a form of mind control because “I don’t understand.” It is a way people justify their own feelings – it is evil of the devil and carnal. It makes us feel like we are right when we lack true discernment. It is a root that must be pulled out and destroyed. Apr. 8: “The rains have begun to fall. I have said dig deeper still. For you see the rains will fill the dried up riverbeds and trenches. To the depth you have dug will be the fullness of the rains. If you have dug deep enough, the waters will be enough to swim in. If not, to the depth you have dug will be the amount you will be filled with. Even now the rains have begun to fall. It will take some time to fill up, so keep digging while you can.” Apr. 11: Dear Lord, Make me a wise master builder that will change the destiny of the church. To push aside the political spirit and join together to claim new land as God’s Kingdom advances. Apr. 12: “Keep focusing on Me in everything and you will not turn aside nor will you be deceived.” Apr. 19: “Be strong. Take courage. Process My strength and courage. There is turmoil about you, but there is possession within. You possess My presence and My life. It is a transformation to My glory. Be strong and take courage.” Apr. 27: “Keep yourself strong in Me. Don’t allow yourself to weaken. That is when the enemy strikes.” Apr. 30: “You will be sustained” Apr. 31: The woman was given the two wings of a great eagle, so that she might fly to the place prepared for her in the desert where she would be taken care of for a time, out of the serpent’s reach.
