. . . My calling as a pastor Pastor’s Journal 2003May 1: “A release of new joy. I am coming and My reward is with Me. Strength in fulfillment of My word.” May 3: I have put my hope in your Word. I have recounted my ways and you answered me. I have chosen the way of truth. May 13: “You have come much farther than you can imagine. I am leading you and am with you through all you experience. Your pain and suffering do not go unnoticed, but you can rejoice in the victory that I have given to you and for you. There is victory in you.” May 17: “A major storm is approaching. You will see it with your eyes and it will come at you. Stand firm, don’t be moved because it will not come nigh unto your dwelling. It will pass all around you but not touch you. You will be strong and all that stands with you will not be harmed. I am with you throughout the storm. You are prepared by My spirit and you will overcome the darkness.” May 19: My eyes fail looking for your promise. When will you comfort me? Though I am like a wineskin in the smoke, I do not forget your decrees. May 22: I feast off the body and blood of Christ Jesus therefore I am healed. I eat the Word of Truth and I seek after repentance and forgiveness for falling short of God’s Glory daily. I am being made whole. May 25: Restoration again.
