. . . My calling as a pastor Pastor’s Journal 2003 Dec. 3: Spiritual breakthrough for ministry: · Reach the lost · Teach the found · Release the mature Dec. 5: Keep the distinction between the holy and the profane. Do not mingle the secular with the spiritual. Dec. 8: “Keep yourself alert. There is coming a time when I will call My people out of the Babylonian System. Do not be deceived or succumb to its power. Keep yourself alert.” Dec. 11: “You must keep yourselves from those who oppose truth and faith. The days grow darker and darker and every form of evil is growing. But My Righteous Ones will prevail and remain faithful, be discerning, and be on guard, for not all who name the name of the Lord Jesus Christ are of Me. Remember the difficulties of life produce Godly character and prove whether your love for Me is genuine.” Dec. 12: “My glory that is being revealed today will suddenly awaken you to an understanding of all that has happened. My glory is like a rain that falls and a fire that consumes. Together they produce My image and the person of Christ for Revival. Dec. 13: (II Pet. 3:9) “The Lord is not slack concerning His promises as some men count slackness. He is longsuffering toward us not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance.” Dec. 15: “What I am imparting to the church is keen insight, wisdom and understanding.” Dec. 18: “A new challenge for our family. Greatly rejoice, though now for a while you may suffer, grief in all kinds of trials, so that your faith, which is greater than gold, is proven genuine. Set your mind for action, be self-controlled, set your hope on grace, and be holy in all you do. Arm yourself with Christ’s attitude; he who suffers in the body is done with sin so he may live the rest of his life for the will of God. Remain clean-minded and self-controlled so you can pray. Do not be surprised by the painful trial you are suffering but rejoice that you participate in the sufferings of Christ, so you may rejoice when His Glory is revealed. Do not be ashamed of your suffering, but praise God that you bear His name. Commit yourself to the Faithful Creator.” Dec. 22: “When I come, My reward is with Me.” Dec. 25: “The vision you have maintained for 17 years is over. You don’t need it any longer. The mountain of the Lord has taken its place so that you can move up and beyond. I am about to give to you keen insight and majestic wisdom. It will move you into a new realm of understanding that is unparalleled in your life. You have been tested day after day after day. My anointing is driving you to this new place. You have said “No” to men and men’s plans and have continued to say “yes” to My anointing. Everything that man does can be controlled by their motives, but My anointing cannot be controlled except by the Holy Spirit. It cannot be conjured up or even faked. You will now experience My hand of direction and leading like never before. I have chosen this day for you to remember the change that comes about.” Dec. 26: (A vision of Jesus in a creek bed picking up smooth stones and giving them to me.) Dec. 27: Same vision and the Lord said, “I am giving you everything you need in this hour. Use it wisely.” Dec. 28: “Stay in the creek bed.” Dec. 31: “Now that truth has been revealed, vindication will come forth. Restoration begins with the truth. Living Word will prosper by My Spirit.” December Newsletter 2004 | Profound Obedience | The Fruit part 3 of 3 Pastor's Journal December 2003 | True Treasure | Prophetic Word part 3 of 3 |
