CrossI am going to be sharing with you thoughts from my journal over the past few years. This is to show you how the Lord has brought about His Word in my life to minister to you and to show you how real this walk can be. Please read and understand by the Spirit about ...

. . . My calling as a pastor

Pastor’s Journal 2005

Sept. 1: “I have breathed on you.  I have covered you with senses and flesh; the wall of protection is around you.  This new season I will place My breath in you to stand as an army.  For this to come about you must prophesy.  Speak the words of life to as many as I give you.”

Sept. 3: “RAVISHED”

Sept. 4: “The only witchcraft that can affect a believer is rebellion.  Stubbornness is the sign of idolatry.  These both work because they will not heed My Word.”

Sept. 5: A ministry for women is given like the daughters of Zelophehad (Numbers 27:1-7) – to be able to help them make the right decisions.

Sept. 8: People filled with the Holy Spirit are ready to praise the Lord at all times.

Sept. 10: The pain, the agony and the disappointment of life are almost unbearable.  Is it this way with all people or just those who want to do Your will?  It is so easy to break off integrity and just take the reigns.  But then perhaps we wouldn’t be able to stop, so much, so much agony in the hearts of people.  But this is the Day of the Lord.  Who can endure?  Who can survive?  Only You know, Lord.  But those who put their trust in You alone will not be put to shame.  They shall rise up like the morning sun and shine with Your glory.  And the tears will soon be dried up and the countenance of Your joy will be seen.  Blessed be the Name of the Lord.

Sept. 13: Unforeseen death is a vexing situation.  Every thought of why or how could I not see this coming fills my thoughts.  Anxiety tries to take over.  We are such intricate beings.  Without You, O Lord, we are hopeless.  But in Christ we will rise up and bless the name of the Lord.  Death is a part of life.  It comes whether we expect it or not.  Only You have the answers and we put our trust and hope in You alone.

Sept. 16: “You are now in the test of affirmation.  In this time you will experience all the confirmation necessary to reveal your calling for this hour.”

Sept. 20: It is mercy, mercy, mercy that we need.  We are filled with those who disregard You and Your ways.  Fill us with mercy that we might not sin against You.

Sept. 25: “Rejoice for the steps of the righteous are ordered of Me.” (PM) “Many of My people say they are in My will.  Many declare “This is the will of the Lord.” Many do want to do My will and I am showing them My will.  Unless they do it My way there will be leanness in their soul.  The army of the Lord must be strong in the Spirit, set on doing My will My way. Only when it is done My way are the results lasting.”

Sept. 28: Oh, the pain of waiting, waiting to see how You, O Lord, will solve the next big thing. Time has run out.  Nothing else can be done but I will still trust in You.  It is Your ministry.  We are simply Your servants.
