The cry of our hearts in this hour is for His Presence and His Glory. Why is this so important? Is it absolutely essential if we are to survive the days that are coming: 1Ch 16:27 “Glory and honour [are] in his presence; strength and gladness [are] in his place.”
If we are to experience this to a greater degree, then we must be prepared by dealing with our fleshly endeavors. For the Word tells us 1Co 1:29 that no flesh should glory in his presence.
I believe the Lord wants so much to reveal Himself, but He is waiting on us to become prepared. Without a spirit of repentance His presence won’t last. All that God is doing in this time is to mature us by getting to know Him and His ways. We have sought Him so long for our ways, but now they don’t work because He wants us to know Him and His ways. This is the glory that will be revealed. And once it comes, you will not want to turn back. If you are not prepared, perhaps you won’t want it. But I do and I know it is upon us. Every time I seek His face there is a fresh awareness of who He is and what He is doing. So let’s get in there and praise and worship and behold the glory of the Lord!
Jud 1:24 “Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present [you] faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy,”
