Racial and Religious Reconciliation

Racial & Religious Reconciliation - Prayer in School

There are two major walls in our city. These walls are racial and religious prejudices. We seek to tear these walls down by the power of reconciliation. We believe the walk of repentance is the only way these walls will come down.

For hundreds of years, people of different colors have looked at one another in judgment because of slavery and immigration. For hundreds of years, churches have split and new denominations have been built because of gossip and slander. These things our ancestors did to one another was wrong, and we desire to break these curses over our generation.

We do not believe in a superior race. Likewise, we do not believe in a one world church. But, we do believe in the power of reconciliation and the power of the love of the cross, and we believe that these powers of Christ will tear down the constant darkness of hate in our community. We ask you to please join us in this adventure. Let’s make our city the city of our God!

(2 Chr 7:14 KJV) "If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land."
